Students who are currently attending Clayburn Middle, or those who currently attend a feeder elementary school, do not need to apply.  Feeder schools for Clayburn Middle area are defined as follows:  all students who attend Sandy Hill (English) and Dr. T.A. Swift; all Grade 6 students who attend Matsqui; but only those students who live in the Clayburn Middle catchment area who attend Prince Charles, Auguston Traditional and Margaret Stenersen.

Registrations for new Catchment, Non-Catchment and Non-School District #34 students will be taken between the hours of 9:30 - 11:30 am and 1:00 - 3:00 pm.  Registration applications will be received at the school between February 1st and June 15th.  Seats will be assigned based on the priorities listed below.

New registrations will be numbered and time/date stamped when submitted with all supporting documentation.  You MUST bring your child's Birth Certificate and Proof of Address (Utility Bill or Rental / Purchase Agreement, Drivers' License, etc.).  Registrations missing this information will not be processed until complete.

Section 74.1 of the School Act establishes priorities for enrolment in public schools.  The following priorities are in effect to determine the acceptance of students in a particular school or program.
